About

22 St Kilda Road called for balance between office functionality and comfortability, a space where Builde’s staff could seamlessly transition from their professional tasks to a relaxing and rejuvenating environment during their downtime.

 

Requiring the demolition and refilling of 200 square metres worth of office space as well as the application of high end CSR cladding, we worked closely with Luke Fry Architects to design and construct a space that could function for up to 12 employees. Implementing a large bathroom, waiting room, storage area, three private offices and a large collaborative work area, the build resulted in the development of a fully functional and collaborative work environment.

 

Amenities include tranquil quiet time areas and bench spaces adorned with natural tundra and timeless veneer finishes. We achieved a cohesive environment that is appreciated by both staff and visitors, during productive work hours or moments of relaxation.
