Ross St Port Melbourne required intricate construction to achieve twin townhouses able to withstand four stories of caretaker accommodations, suspended heated slabs, a cinema room, a stylish bar area, three bedrooms, all complete with built-in studies, and an innovative solar system that seamlessly integrates with state of the art home automation.
This project required a robust and intuitive building approach, drawing on Line Builds multi-decade experience. The outcome speaks for itself – a timeless home that earned a finalist position in the 2021 HIA awards for its exceptional design and construction.
